Our Early Period
Roadworx (under Cato Asphalt) started in the local Illawarra area over 20 years ago focusing on asphalt placement, civil works and decorative paving. In 2008 under Stephen Gillies and now Owner and CEO further developed and adopted our multi-disciplinary approach.
Investment into training and the development of our personnel (now over 180 employees), to gain further knowledge that adds value and technical experience for a superior service. And investing in new technologies for plant, trucks and manufacturing, investing in new offices and depots, and innovation of business approaches to provide a broader depth of service for our customers.
Though still a relatively new company, we have gone from strength to strength with a lot of industry and business experience lead by our senior management that has allowed us to expend our services to grow further into Sydney and Country NSW.
