The company was formed by an amalgamation of existing civil and asphalt businesses in 2008. Later that year Roadworx adopted a strategy to further evolve our multi-disciplinary approach thus expanding our offering to clients. In 2009, the company announced further growth acquiring Ellis Profiling (now Roadworx Profiling) and Spray Seal. We have also added a Traffic Management Division in 2010, Insitu Stabilising (2011), Traffic Signals Maintenance/Installation (Task Engineering in 2013) and Sydney Asset Maintenance to service both internal and external customers. 2015 saw Roadworx acquired All Sweeper, while 2016 Roadworx proudly unveiled our state of the art Asphalt batching plant. These developments have enabled Roadworx to expand the company in NSW and to further complement and enhance our infrastructure services to Roadworx clients.
Through investment in new technology, innovation and company acquisitions, Roadworx provides wide capabilities and depth of experience for the maintenance, construction & reconstruction of road, rail and commercial (utility) assets.
